always our intent to process and ship out orders as quickly

relating to shipping.
Where
will you ship?
The information here is primarily for Counter to Counter to
the 9 Provinces in South Africa. We ship to over 200 countries
worldwide. All shipping may be subjected to import duties
and taxes. Please check with your local authorities prior
to ordering. Please contact us for internationally shipping
cost.
When
it says "Free Shipping on selected items for domestic orders!
" what does this mean?
This means the shipping is free in South Africa on selected
items.
When ever you see "FREE SHIPPING!"
next to a product, it indicates that the selected item will
not have any shipping charges.
How
long will it take to get to me once it has shipped?
If you
are in South Africa, your item will typically take 3-7 business
days via SA Post Office Counter to Counter. On international
orders it will typically take 3-10 business days via FedEx
or SA Post Office. Please do not count weekends.
Will
I incur any additional fees shipping outside South Africa?
Yes, orders
shipped to destinations outside of South Africa may be subject
to additional duties, taxes or import brokerage. Please check
your local import requirements prior to ordering as you will
be responsible for any charges at the time of your delivery
that may be added.
When
will my order be processed?
Generally, your order will be processed the next business
day from the day you placed it. We will process any orders
that come in on a business day before 11:00AM the same business
day. Any orders that come into us on Saturday, Sunday or a
legal holiday will be processed the Next Business Day.
Will
I receive a tracking number for my order?
You will be sent a tracking number via email as soon as the
package has been collected by the courier service so you can
follow your package in real time! We
will not be able to provide a tracking number until the item
has actually shipped so if there is a processing time for
your item, a tracking number will not be available until the
order it ready and shipped.
How do
I return (or exchange) an order that I am unhappy with?
All returns and exchanges must receive the approval of a customer
service representative before they will be accepted. The representative
will assign you an RMA number that is tied to your CreativeSandArt.co.za
order number. Contact information for our support department
is located on our Contact Us page. Please be sure to indicate
your order number and explain the reason you are requesting
a refund. Return instructions will be emailed to you and you
must follow them in order to expedite your refund. Upon successful
receipt of your product, we will refund you the purchase price,
less 25% re-stocking fees and any applicable shipping and handling
fees.
