Creative Sand Art has established this Privacy Policy to explain how it protects and manages the personal information that it collects from you (the customer) online.

Consent for Collection, Use and Disclosure:
Creative Sand Art International, Inc. remains committed to the protection of your information. We never sell, lease or rent any information that we collect. This notice describes Creative Sand Art’s privacy policy. By viewing and/or using any of the websites owned, operated and/or maintained by Creative Sand Art International, Inc., including this one, you constitute your consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any of the content contained herein, please do not view or use any of Creative Sand Art’s websites.

Creative Sand Art may occasionally update this Privacy Policy. When it does, Creative Sand Art will also revise the “last updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy. In addition, Creative Sand Art will seek a customer’s prior consent, by email, for any new uses or proposed disclosures of information collected from the customer prior to the change. Creative Sand Art will notify customers by email of changes to this policy that will affect information collected from them in the future. In certain circumstances, however, Creative Sand Art will not inform and obtain the consent of the customer, such as in connection with an investigation of a breach of an agreement, contravention of laws, an emergency where the life, health or security of an individual is threatened, the collection of a debt or in compliance with the request of a law enforcement agency or a court order.

A customer may withdraw his or her consent for collection, use and disclosure at any time by sending an email to unsubscribe@creativesandart.co.za. When you unsubscribe, if you fall within the guarantee period for any Creative Sand Art product and you request a refund, the guarantee will still be honoured.

In order to provide our customers with an expected level of customer service Creative Sand Art may collect a variety of information in the following categories.

Purposes for Collecting Personal Information:
Creative Sand Art collects and uses personal information for the following Identified Purposes:

a) to understand customer needs regarding Creative Sand Art’s products and services;

b) to better develop and better provide our web site and our products and services for the benefit of our customers;

c) to better fulfill your requests for products, services or information;

Creative Sand Art limits its collection of personal information to only that information which is necessary for the Identified Purposes. Creative Sand Art does not direct its sites to, nor does it

knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of eighteen. We receive and store any information you enter on our Web site or give us in any other way. This may includes information such as first name, last name, sex, contact information including billing address, shipping addresses, e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers.

Statistical Information:
We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. This includes broad demographic information that when combined with site usage data, enables us to better facilitate the needs of our customers. Your account information:
Information required to open an account helps to pre-define certain criteria such as billing address, shipping preferences, and payment methods. Customer access to accounts is controlled by security Login ID and Password. This is to prevent unauthorized access, improper use or disclosure, unauthorized modification and unlawful destruction or accidental loss.

Disclosure, Processing and Retention:
As Creative Sand Art continues to develop it’s business, we or our affiliates may sell or buy other businesses or entities, or we may merge with another company. In the event that Creative Sand Art or substantially all of its assets are acquired, your personal information may be one of the transferred assets. Your information may be stored and processed in the United States, or in any other country in which Creative Sand Art or its affiliates, subsidiaries or agents maintain facilities. By using this web site, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country. After your account becomes inactive (that is, if you request to be removed from our database), Creative Sand Art will keep your personal information in its archives. Your information will then be used only as necessary for tax reasons or to prove Creative Sand Art’s compliance with any applicable law.
