1.
How do I use my new sand art home kit?
Clear a table that is the correct height for your Sand
Artists. Place the trays on the table with a sand bottle
in each tray. Find two containers and place it on the
table for the peel-offs and lifting tools. Start in
the middle of your card and slowly peel off the first
area. Take care not to lift adjoining areas. Take your
card and place it inside the tray with the colour of
your choice. Pour sand from the bottle over the area
you've peeled off. Turn the card over and tap/flick
it on the back to remove the excess sand. Do not rub
the sand into the card. Repeat the pouring process on
the same area to obtain a darker shade. Leave the sand
in the tray and remove your card. Peel off the next
area, move to a different tray and repeat the motion
until the image is completely peeled off and coloured.
Once a bottle is empty, unscrew the cap and use the
funnel to pour the sand from the tray into the bottle.
Place your finished card in a plastic bag to protect
it.

What is meant by sand art card or sand art board?
The sand art card or sand art board is a pre-cut image
that you peel piece by piece as you colour each section
with the coloured sand of your choice. Sharply cut designes
makes peeling your picture a breeze. Our
method of cutting & quality control ensures that each
area of your picture will peel away perfectly. Have
more fun and really get creative. The
adhesive is already on the pre-cut board, which means
no gluing and no mess. Just peel the picture in stages,
sprinkle on coloured sand and you’re done. A perfect
picture!

How do I create my sand art picture?
 Place
the sticker card on top of a magazine to catch the excess
sand. Start in the middle and slowly peel off the first
area. Take care not to lift adjoining areas.
 Now
choose a colour and pour it over the adhesive area.
Turn the card over and tap it on the back to remove
the excess sand. Repeat the pouring process on the same
area to obtain a darker shade.
 Peel
off the next area. Pour a different colour and repeat
the motion until the image is completely peeled off
and coloured.
 You
are a Sand Artist! You can now make a sandart greeting
card and send it to someone special.
The

Is your site secure?
The security of your personal information is important
to us. When you enter sensitive information such as
a credit card number on our registration or order forms,
we encrypt that information using secure socket layer
technology (SSL). We follow generally accepted industry
standards to protect the Personal Information submitted
to us, both during transmission and once we receive
it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet,
or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore,
while we strive to use commercially acceptable means
to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee
its absolute security.

What age is appropriate for Sand Art?
Ages 3 - 100 LOVE Sand Art. Not
appropriate for children under 3 because of small parts.

How to use your lifter?
The plastic lifter works best when used as follows:
Do not press too hard or dig into the card. Rather press
gently and push from just outside/behind the cutline.
Adult supervision is required with younger children.
7.
Some idea from Creative Sand Art?
Younger children may need help lifting the release paper
(but enjoy peeling the paper and pouring the sand themselves).
Always start with the smaller areas inside an object
and remove the background last. Mix different colours
for interesting variations. If the sand gets damp or
wet, place in open bowls in the sun/oven until dry.
To cover a bigger area, first pour a heap of sand on
the one side of the area. Slowly tip the card sideways
and let the sand roll down the card. Avoid working outside
on misty days as the sand will get damp. The trays need
to be completely dry before you start. Once you are
an experienced Sand Artist, start with the dark colours
to create a neater picture. This could mean you have
to remove a bigger area first. Take care not to lift
adjoining areas or scratch the sand when you remove

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, we can ship to any PO Box via SA Postal services
or we can ship via Fedex to a physical street address.

Unfortunately, no, a new order would need to be placed.

How many different colours of sand do you have?
We have 21 amazing colours that will turn your sand
art card into a permanent work of art. Conforms to BS
EN 71-1,2,3 safety standards. (Non
toxic) The coloured
sand is non-fading. Guaranteed to be the brightest colours!
13.
How do you ship my sand art products?
We use courier services to ship all of our sand art
products. All products ship out within 2-5 business
days of receiving the order. Your estimated time of
receipt from the shipping date is between 5-10 business
days. A tracking number will be e-mailed to you on the
day courier receives the package.
14.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to over 200 countries worldwide. All shipping
may be subjected to import duties and taxes. Please
check with your local authorities prior to ordering.
15.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders that are cancelled before being shipped are subject
to a 6% chargeback fee.
Once
an order is submitted we pass it on to our warehouses
immediately for processing. We are therefore unable
to change the quantities, ship to location or cancel
the order. You may submit a return request once the
package is received, however there will be a 25% re-stocking
fee deducted from your refund. You are also responsible
for all shipping and handling charges if a product is
returned.

How do I return (or exchange) an order that I am unhappy
with?
All returns and exchanges must receive the approval
of a customer service representative before they will
be accepted. The representative will assign you an RMA
number that is tied to your CreativeSandArt.co.za order
number. Contact information for our support department
is located on our Contact Us page.
Email
our staff by clicking
here. Please be sure to indicate your
order number and explain the reason you are requesting
a refund. Return instructions will be emailed to you
and you must follow them in order to expedite your refund.
Upon successful receipt of your product, we will refund
you the purchase price, less 25% re-stocking fees and
any applicable shipping and handling fees.

Are your products in stock and ready to ship?
Yes, Creative Sand Art takes
great pride in keeping everything in stock and ready
to go.

What will be the shipping cost for my order?
AlI local orders are shipped via SA Post Office Counter
to Counter. It depends on your country and zip code,
size, and weight of your box. Shipping is automatically
calculated prior to submitting your payment information.

their respective prices.

No, you can only pay in ZAR.

Yes, you can get up to date order status information

enter the tracking number that was emailed to you, or

Do you have discount for large orders?
Yes, we have quantity discounts that apply for everyone.

How to make your sand art greeting card?
Make a proper Greeting Card out of your Sand Art picture.
Just stick your picture halfway onto the joining strip,
add the backing card & write a message.
 Remove
the yellow release paper from your joining strip.
 Line
up your finished Card to the fold line & stick together.
 Now
line up your Backing card, stick together & fold.
